Delete your account

You can delete your Unmoment account and backup at any time. You only have an account if you signed in with Google to use backup.

In the app

1. Open Unmoment and tap Settings at the top right of Home.
2. Under Backup, tap Delete account and backup…
3. Confirm.

Without the app

Email abhisekadhikari666@gmail.com from the Google address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, including your email address, name and profile picture link
• All your backed-up photos and any flip-book videos
• The details stored for each moment

Your account is blocked immediately. Everything else is erased automatically, normally within an hour. If any routine server backup holds this data, it disappears when that backup expires.

What stays

Photos on your phone stay there until you delete them or uninstall the app. Server logs contain only an internal ID, not your name, email or photos, and are overwritten regularly.
