Terms of service

Last updated 30 October 2026

Unmoment is a simple app for capturing one photo a day. These terms apply when you use it.

Unmoment is made by Abhisek Adhikari (“we”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Using Unmoment

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it. If you use backup, you need a Google account and you're responsible for keeping it secure.

Your photos

Your photos stay yours. If you use backup, you allow us to store them and process them only to provide the service to you, such as restoring your photos and making flip-book videos. We claim no other rights over them. See the privacy policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't use Unmoment to store or share anything illegal, including content that exploits or harms children. Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or reach another person's data. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

The backup service

Backup is provided free of charge and may change, pause or end. We work to keep your photos safe, but we can't promise the service will always be available or that nothing will ever be lost, so please keep copies of photos that matter to you. If we ever plan to end backup, we'll try to give you reasonable notice so you can save your photos.

Ending your use

You can stop using Unmoment at any time and delete your account.

No warranty and limits on liability

Unmoment is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost photos or data. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for a significant change we'll also let you know in the app. If you keep using Unmoment afterwards, you accept the new terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions are welcome at abhisekadhikari666@gmail.com.
